The Family comment on winning the NXT tag titles.
At NXT The Great American Bash on Sunday, Gallus defended their titles against Tony D’Angelo and Stacks to kick off the show. After a lot of shanigans during the matchup, Stacks and Tony would end up scoring the pinfall victory to become the new champions.
In an NXT Exclusive, D’Angelo and “Stacks” shared their thoughts on their win.
“This family has been so through so many ups and downs. I can’t explain it in words. I’m so proud of this guy right here. I was just in jail, and he fought for his life. He fought for my life. That’s exactly what we did out there in that ring, and we came home with the gold,”

After, “Stacks” chimed in with a shot at Gallus by saying that, from now on, it’s The Family on top.
