Matt Hardy Names What It Would Take For Tony Khan To Sign Brock Lesnar
Matt Hardy discusses what it would take for Tony Khan to sign Brock Lesnar.
Brock Lesnar is one of the top pro wrestling draws in the world, possibly the top draw. Due to his history not only in the squared circle but in the MMA octagon, he is incredibly well known.
He is currently out of action for WWE, as he picked up an injury in his match with Cody Rhodes at SummerSlam, but that does not mean that opens him up to other opportunities.
Matt Hardy discussed the possibility of Lesnar possibly joining AEW on his Extreme Life of Matt Hardy podcast, noting that it would take a big money offer to tempt The Beast into signing with Tony Khan’s promotion.
“I would say — the gimmick that The Butcher and The Blade put on TV, they say that they’re hitmen and guys who go out, whoever is willing to pay the biggest bucks, they’ll go work for that guy and take out the competition. That’s what Brock is. Brock knows his value, he knows his worth, so I guess Tony Khan would have to shell out the big bucks. I would guess that Brock feels a bit of an allegiance to Vince, I feel like he feels faithful to Vince because he feel like Vince has taken pretty good care of him. I could see him being a WWE lifer, but if Tony was going to somehow procure Brock, he would just have to shell out the big bucks,”

Matt most recently competed on Wednesday’s AEW Dynamite, losing alongside his brother Jeff to The Young Bucks.
