El Hijo Del Vikingo Is Fine, Fainting Incident Caused By Dehydration And Lack Of Food

El Hijo Del Vikingo is doing fine after an unfortunate fainting incident.

Over the weekend, El Hijo Del Vikingo would compete for AAA at TripleMania 31 DMX and backstage at the show unfortunately collapsed and was stretchered away.

Many fans were concerned for Vikingo after the incident, but PWInsider have now reported a fresh update on the incident, noting that the MEGA Champion is doing fine and his fainting spell was brought on by dehydration and a lack of food on the day of the show.

El Hijo del Vikingo is fine and will not be missing any upcoming dates. He ended up dehydrated and didn’t eat enough yesterday, but he’s fine.

Vikingo has had a marquee year in 2023, competing all over the world including becoming a staple of AEW and Ring Of Honor programming in recent months.

Regardless of the cause, it is good news to hear that Vikingo is doing better after fainting at the event. We will have to wait and see if this incident will truly not impact any dates in the coming weeks.
