Several WWE superstars have got matching tattoos to remember Bray Wyatt.
The former WWE Champion has been battling a mystery illness since earlier this year, but recent reports stated that Wyatt was on the mend. However, things have now took a tragic turn as Wyatt has tragically died, as announced by Triple H on social media.
Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful has now revealed Bray’s cause of death, noting that after a bout with Covid earlier this year, Wyatt’s heart issues were made worse, leading to a heart attack on Thursday.
WWE held a tribute show in honor of Bray on last night’s edition of SmackDown, with it being an emotional night.
After the show, WWE superstars Braun Strowman, Shotzi, Karrion Kross, and WWE Director of Longterm Creative Rob Fee got matching Firefly tattoos in honor of Wyatt.
Wyatt made his incredible return to WWE at Extreme Rules 2022, shocking the wrestling world.
WWE also announced that all proceeds from Wyatt’s merchandise will be paid to his family.
