According to PWInsider, Keiji Muto aka The Great Muta is currently in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania having arrived from Japan. It has not been confirmed as to why Muto is in Pittsburgh today but it most likely has to do with WWE Payback which is set to take place tonight in Pittsburgh at the PPG Paints Arena.
One could speculate that he is there to support Shinsuke Nakamura who will be challenging Seth Rollins for the World Heavyweight Championship. Shinsuke Nakamura was given permission by the WWE to face The Great Muta on January 1 2023 in one of Muta’s last matches on a Pro Wrestling NOAH event.
Could Seth Rollins get a face full of green mist tonight from Muta? Anything is possible. We will have to wait and see.
