On September 2nd at the Karuizawa Fugoe Park General Gymnasium in Nagano, Satoshi Kojima teamed with Kento Miyahara and Yuma Anzai as they defeated AJPW Triple Crown Champion Yuma Aoyagi, Shuji Ishikawa and Ren Ayabe in the featured bout of an All Japan Pro-Wrestling event.
After the match, Satoshi Kojima went on social media and posted high praise for the ace of AJPW Kento Miyahara:
Kento Miyahara, who was my ally today, had a tremendous ability to control the crowd. Even though most of the people were cheering for Yuma Aoyagi, he brought out the “Kojima call”. With his loud voice and power, everyone is drawn into Kento’s charm. I always feel that he is a person full of talent as a professional wrestler.
Satoshi Kojima is set to challenge the AJPW Triple Crown Champion Yuma Aoyagi on September 3rd. Should Kojima win the title, it would mark his third reign as the AJPW Triple Crown Champion.
