Teddy Hart is on his way back to court.
According to TMZ, Teddy Hart was pulled over at a routine traffic stop Friday, July 14 in Titusville, Fla. Police pulled Hart over for running a red light and driving at excessive speeds.
During the stop, the officers were met with a strong smell of marijuana, noting that there was an open container with the drug visible. Upon searching Hart’s vehicle, police a bag of red pills and a bag of red powder that both tested positive for the presence of MDMA. They also said they found two small vials inside of a bag in the car that were labeled Masteron and Testosterone Cypionate. They would also find yet another bag with a blue substance that also tested positive for MDMA.
PWInsider reports that Teddy Hart is due in court on September 21 in Titusville, Florida on charges of possession of MDMA (ecstasy) and possession of a controlled substance without prescription. Both charges are third degree felonies.
This is not Hart’s first arrest, as he has had multiple brushes with the law over the years, with arrests for sexual assault, assaulting a disabled person, evading arrest and more. This is also not Hart’s first time being arrested for narcotics, with multiple arrests for being in possession of a controlled substance.
In perhaps a more sinister note about Hart’s troubles with the law, a girlfriend he was seeing in 2016 mysteriously went missing in Bartow, Florida.
Hart most recently teamed with fellow sex offender Chasyn Rance on July 14th in his first match in almost three years.
