Zoey Stark has impressed the right people backstage in WWE.
Stark recently turned on mentor Trish Stratus at Payback after one too many disrespectful acts from the Hall of Famer.
Stark has had some success in her WWE career, holding the NXT Women’s Tag Titles alongside current WWE Women’s Champion IYO Sky.
Fightful Select has reported that Stark has made a great impression with people backstage in WWE.
Zoey Stark has made a great impression early on in WWE. Just over two years after signing with WWE, Stark found herself called up to the WWE Raw brand and in a program with WWE Hall of Famer Trish Stratus and WrestleMania Main Eventer Becky Lynch. During which, she picked up a win over Becky Lynch. Those we’ve spoken to say that Stark has been getting great reviews from talent she’s worked with on the main roster, in addition to several backstage for how she’s handled the call-up and the duties associated with it. We’re told that WWE had their eye on her pretty early on, and she gained praise for her resilience in returning from her knee injury, and not missing a beat in the ring. WWE soon after made sure to get multiple looks at her on Main Event, where she got good reviews internally, and helped lead to her RoyaL Rumble appearance. We’re told that not long after the Royal Rumble appearance, she was slated for a call-up to the WWE main roster. By March, NXT was told to wrap up her run there.

We will have to wait and see what comes next for Zoey on the WWE main roster now she is on her own.
