Damian Priest Says He Is In No Rush To Cash In His Money In The Bank Briefcase
Damian Priest talks when he will cash in his Money In The Bank briefcase.
During the last few weeks on WWE programming, there has been tension between Finn Balor and Damian Priest. Priest is currently Mr Money In The Bank and has been teasing a cash in on Seth Rollins as of late. This bothered Finn, who had been involved in a feud with the Visionary with back to back losses at Premium Live Events.
However, Finn and Priest have reunited as friends and captured the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Titles at Payback in a Philly Street Fight.
Speaking on WWE’s The Bump, Priest was asked about his strategy regarding the Money in the Bank briefcase following the title win.
“It’s just keeping an eye out. The focus right now is keeping these [tag team titles]. But I’m always conscious, always watching the champions that are left, whatever champions are left at this point. We’re always watching, and I’m always keeping an eye to see, ‘Is today a good day? Is this a good opportunity?’ I have a whole year, so I don’t have any rush to just cash in that contract when it’s not perfect. It has to be perfect. It has to be perfect. I’ve seen a few moments that I thought, ‘Maybe, but it’s not perfect yet.’ Right now, my focus is making sure we’re all on the same page and all champions. But when the time comes and that perfect time comes, it’ll get cashed in, and it’ll happen,”

All four members of Judgement Day now hold championship gold, and it does not seem that their wave of momentum will be slowing down anytime soon.
There were reports last month that Priest could be on his way out of the faction, but it seems those plans have been put on hold.
