Tony Khan did what he could to support talent attending Bray Wyatt’s funeral.
The former WWE Champion has been battling a mystery illness since earlier this year, but recent reports stated that Wyatt was on the mend. However, things have now took a tragic turn as Wyatt has tragically died, as announced by Triple H on social media last week.
After his death, there were a string of tributes from WWE superstars, including Mega Star LA Knight, who got to have a promo before his main event match on last week’s SmackDown where he paid tribute to his former rival. He would then go on to defeat Finn Balor in singles competition.
Now, we have seen AEW’s attempts to reach out as Tony Khan sent a jet to assist in the funeral transportation of some AEW talent.
Several top talent missed Wednesday’s AEW Dynamite in order to attend the funeral, as was reported multiple times in the past few weeks.
