Vince McMahon Returned To WWE Creative For Last Night’s RAW, He And Triple H Made Significant Changes
Vince McMahon has returned to the WWE creative team following serious spinal surgery.
McMahon has not been involved in a lot of WWE creative over the last few weeks, as he has been recovering from spinal surgery. This has been something backed up by multiple sources, but it seems that last night he had enough of being on the sidelines.
Ironically, last night’s RAW will serve as the last show that will take place in WWE with McMahon as the owner of WWE as the Endeavor deal to purchase the company is set to finalize today.
While speaking during Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer noted that Vince McMahon made multiple changes to RAW this week and that McMahon is back in the creative department.
“Vince McMahon is back. He made multiple changes to the show tonight. There were also multiple changes made by (Paul) Levesque (Triple H) at the last minute.
So if the show was – a lot of stuff wasn’t advertised on the show, most of it, and the reason is they were changing all day long. But Vince is back, Vince made significant changes to the show and I don’t know what the changes were, all I heard was they were probably changes for the better but there were many of them.
But Vince is back from his surgery leave, he was not in the chair, he was not [at the show], but he was involved in the production of the show.”

We will have to wait and see what Endeavor’s takeover will mean for WWE’s creative process and now that McMahon is capable of returning to work, how much influence he will carry in the new company.
