Becky Lynch’s main roster status has been up in the air after capturing the NXT Women’s Title on this week’s NXT.
In a somewhat surprising twist, Becky Lynch kept up her momentum from defeating Trish Stratus at Payback, by defeating NXT Women’s Champion Tiffany Stratton to capture the championship for the very first time.
Some fans have wondered if Becky will remain in NXT during her reign, taking a break from the main roster.
Ringside News enquired about this narrative, and it was confirmed to them that Becky’s title win will not effect her main roster duties on Monday Night RAW.
Ringside News asked around the main roster WWE creative team about Becky Lynch’s NXT return. We were rhetorically asked in return, “aren’t a lot of main roster performers doing stints in NXT while still remaining on the main roster?”
When we asked if Becky Lynch is taking a break from the main roster to focus on NXT, we were told, “Not that I’ve heard of.”

At present for Becky Lynch, she has no real direction on Monday Nights, so we will have to wait and see how becoming NXT Women’s Champion will help shape what comes next for The Man.
