Tony Khan has confirmed that MJF came up with his Steiner Math promo on Wednesday’s AEW Dynamite.
On Wednesday’s AEW Dynamite, we saw a comedic segment where MJF was spoken to after the show before last went off the air, and he cut a promo referencing a classic Scott Steiner promo in TNA on Samoa Joe, with MJF’s own twist.
While speaking to Insider, AEW President Tony Khan talked about MJF’s ‘MJF Math’ promo, and noted that it came from the mind of MJF himself.
“That particular one was him. Wrestling is all about collaborations and I really enjoy having that connection and the ability to create stories.”
We were putting down ideas for the week’s shows, and he did say that and it was a great idea. That’s how I like to put stories together. Sit down with MJF and Adam Cole, the three of us, and talk. I’ve shot videos with the two of them and they have this great partnership.”
