CM Punk Is Not Taking Legal Action Against AEW Following Termination
CM Punk is not looking to take any legal action against AEW.
It has been a tumultuous couple of weeks regarding CM Punk. At AEW All In, Punk was involved in yet another backstage altercation. However, this one would be different than those in the past in various ways. Namely, Punk not only fought with Jack Perry, he also reportedly lunged at AEW president Tony Khan while furiously quitting the company.
These events would leave Khan no other choice but to fire the Chicago native with cause, despite Punk’s drawing power and status as the companies “real world’s champion”. Punk has yet to comment on the matter until now.
Haus Of Wrestling now reports that Punk has not entered any legal action against AEW, nor does he intend to.
CM Punk does not have any legal action pending against Tony Khan following his AEW termination, neither is he considering taking legal action

This will be surprising to many in the industry, as many believed that Punk would indeed initiate legal action following his firing with cause in the aftermath of AEW All In.
