Minoru Suzuki And Sanshiro Takagi Battle It Out On A Bullet Train!
The September 18th 1:09 pm Shinkansen AKA Bullet Train departing from Tokyo was anything but a normal ride to it’s final destination of Nagoya.
This bullet train ride featured a wild DDT Pro-Wrestling falls count anywhere match between Minoru Suzuki and Shanshiro Takagi. Sanshiro Takagi entered that train at the first stop which was the Shinagawa Station and Suzuki entered the train the following Yokohama Station stop to his entrance music. The match took place in the aisle of the train car with 75 passengers and spectators on hand to witness the event.
As the match progressed, Sanshiro Takagi enlisted the help of Takeshi Masada and Suzuki countered with Hikaru Sato. To add a bit of comedy relief, Danshoku “Dandy” Dino appeared on the train selling ice cream while wearing his traditional thong then kissed Suzuki. At one point Suzuki took a break from the match and enjoyed some Shumai dim sum.
Jun Akiyama and retired legend Kenta Kobashi, who was dressed as a conductor both made appearances in the match. Kobashi got physical with Suzuki and land a hard chop to his chest.
The end of the match came at the 37 minute mark when Suzuki hit his Gotch Piledriver finisher on Takagi. After the match ended, Takagi suggested that he and Suzuki have another match either in zero gravity or on a deserted Island.
