Jake Hager will not compete in Mixed Martial Arts again.
Hager, who went 3-0-1 inside the cage, has been trying to juggle both professional wrestling and MMA since leaving WWE a few years ago.
Speaking during a virtual signing with K & S WrestleFest, Jake Hager confirmed that he is officially retired from MMA.
”Officially, I’m retired from MMA. I trained hard last year but Bellator was jerking me off and I retired and I am now just focusing on wrestling now.”

The 41 year old hasn’t fought in almost three years, but has been a consistent part of AEW television thanks to his relationship with Chris Jericho.
