WWE and TKO announced that WWE SmackDown will return to the USA Network beginning in October 2024 as part of a five-year deal between WWE and NBC Universal. SmackDown currently airs on FOX and will do so until October of next year.

The Wall Street Journal also provided some details on how mucht the deal is actually worth,.

Terms of the NBCUniversal/Smackdown deal weren’t disclosed, but people familiar with the pact valued it at roughly $1.4 billion, which is about a 40% increase over the deal WWE had with FOX.

With “SmackDown” returning to USA, the network isn’t expected to renew the rights to RAW and NXT
