** Spoiler** Another NJPW Talent To Compete At IMPACT Bound For Glory PPV
Earlier tonight during the Mid-South Mayhem TV Tapings in Memphis, Tennessee, it was announced via a graphic on the screen that former NJPW Strong Openweight Champion, Kenta, will be competing at the IMPACT PPV.
Kenta lost his title to AEW star Eddie Kingston back on July 5th, but was part of the G1 Climax tournament as well as the co-branded IMPACTxNJPW Multiverse United event about a month ago on August 20th.
Earlier this year, Kenta competed with his Bullet Club brothers Ace Austin & Chris Bey in an IMPACT ring, once when they took on the Time Machine (Alex Shelley, Chris Sabin, & Kushida), and the other they battled against Frankie Kazarian, Josh Alexander, & Rich Swann — both of which they won the match. Kenta also took on Josh Alexander for the IMPACT World Title back on March 30th for IMPACT Live.
Who will Kenta’s opponent be? We’ll have to tune in over the next few weeks to find out.
