At Least One Major MMA Promotion Interested In Bring Matt Riddle Back To The Sport
At least one major MMA promotion wants to bring former fighter Matt Riddle back to the sport in the near future.
Riddle has been under fire recently, especially due to his recent incident at JFK airport on the way back from Superstar Spectacle in India.
In the last few days, many talent have been released from their WWE contract including the likes of Mustafa Ali and Dolph Ziggler, which surprised many fans. On Friday, Matt Riddle was also let go from the promotion.
Per Dave Meltzer on Wrestling Observer Radio, at least one major MMA promotion is interested in signing Riddle.
“I do know that Riddle has got at least one major MMA promotion, if not more, that are interested in bringing him back to MMA.”

Riddle is a former tag team champion in NXT and the main roster, while also having a run with the United States Championship.
He is also a multi time challenger for world titles in WWE, but was never able to achieve that goal in the company.
Riddle signed with WWE in 2018, enjoying a stint on NXT before making his way to the WWE main roster in 2020.
