We will find out more about Adam Cole’s injury status on tomorrow night’s AEW Dynamite.
Last week during AEW Dynamite: Grand Slam, Adam Cole would sprint to the ringside area to support MJF in his AEW World Title defense. However, upon jumping from the elevated ramp, Cole was immediately seen to be limping.
Naturally, fans have feared the worst for Cole and his status has been kept tightly under wraps.
Earlier today during the AEW WrestleDream media call with Tony Khan, the AEW president was asked about Cole and explained that his status would be addressed on tomorrow night’s AEW Dynamite.
Tony is asked about the injury to Adam Cole at Grand Slam, and the upcoming match at Wrestle Dream against The Righteous. Tony says that the match is still currently slated for the event. He says that they will address Adam Cole’s status tomorrow on Dynamite.
Cole is currently scheduled to team with MJF at the PPV against The Righteous in a match with the Ring Of Honor World Tag team championships will be on the line. We will have to wait and see if Cole will be in shape for the matchup this Sunday.
