WWE will tape an upcoming Friday Night SmackDown.
When WWE head to international locations for WWE Premium Live Events, this leaves SmackDown in an interesting position, as Premium Live Events usually take place on Saturday’s within WWE. This leaves little time to hold a live SmackDown, then having all the talent make the journey for an international show.
According to details outlined in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter by Dave Meltzer, WWE’s touring schedule reveals an interesting adjustment. It appears that WWE will not host a live SmackDown the night before the Saudi show, set for November 4th. Instead, the company will tape an episode of the show in addition to the October 27th edition of the program for November 3rd.
We will have to wait and see what WWE will have planned for the double header of SmackDown on October 27th.
