Kenny Omega and MJF have yet to cross paths in AEW, but there appears to be a mutual respect there, at least on MJF’s side.
Omega may be one of the top in ring talents in the world, but he has also played a pivotal role in AEW backstage as an EVP in the company. He was also one of the founding members of the promotion along with the rest of The Elite and Tony Khan.
This is something that MJF has not forgotten. On X, a fan said that MJF was better than Omega and suggested that Omega is afraid to understand wrestling due to his friends. Max did not like this.
Brain dead take. This company doesn’t exist without Kenny.

MJF is currently scheduled to defend the Ring Of Honor World Tag Team Titles vs The Righteous at AEW WrestleDream all on his own as Adam Cole is dealing with a broken ankle.
