The stars of Big Japan Wrestling rolled into the Osaka Miyakojima Kumin Center as the promotion presented its Osaka Surprise 69 ~ Further Progress 2023 event on October 1st.
The main event was a Fluorescent Lighttubes & Alpha Death Match as Yuki Ishikawa, Kazumi Kikuta & Takumi Tsukamoto defeated the team of Abdullah Kobayashi, Yuko Miyamoto & Kankuro Hoshino.

- Fluorescent Lighttubes & Alpha Death Match: Yuki Ishikawa, Kazumi Kikuta & Takumi Tsukamoto defeat Abdullah Kobayashi, Yuko Miyamoto & Kankuro Hoshino (14:45) after Ishikawa’s Lazarus Effect against Hoshino.
- Naruki Doi & Naoki Tanizaki defeat Daichi Hashimoto & Kota Sekifuda (12:39) after Doi’s Bakatare Sliding Kick against Sekifuda.
- Yuya Aoki & Yasufumi Nakanoue defeat Tempesta & Tyson Maddux (11:46) after a Kesagiri chop by Aoki against Tempesta
- Takuya Nomura & Fuminori Abe defeat Hideyoshi Kamitani & Leyton Buzzard (12:03) after a double-arm hold by Nomura against Buzzard.
- Daisuke Sekimoto defeats Hiroaki Taniguchi (11:14)
- Ryuji Ito, Yuichi Taniguchi & Ender Kara defeat Brahman Shu, Brahman Kei & Dyna Mido (6:54) after an Octopus Hold by Kara against Mido
- Kazumasa Yoshida defeats Yuki Toyoura (8:35) with a Full Nelson Buster.
