Adam Copeland was not a topic of conversation backstage at this week’s RAW.
During Sunday’s AEW WrestleDream event, Adam Copeland made his promotional debut to confront his lifelong friend Christian Cage as he was about to conchairto Sting.
Copeland’s debut was one that has took the wrestling world by storm as the YouTube clip has amounted an incredible amount of views.
Ringside News enquired about how Copeland’s AEW debut was received backstage and were told that it was not a topic of conversation backstage at the show.
We were told by a tenured member of the creative team that, “no one was really caring about Edge today.”
“Edge was not on anyone’s mind.”

Copeland is scheduled to face Luchasauras in his AEW debut on Title Tuesday and will speak on this week’s AEW Dynamite.
Copeland is said to be looking to take over the role CM Punk served in the company prior to his firing, minus the drama.
It was also confirmed that it was Beth Phoenix who recorded the “You Think You Know Me” in Copeland’s AEW theme.
