Anthony Bowens wants to have a live scissor celebration with Adam Copeland.
At AEW WrestleDream, Adam Copeland made his spectacular debut with the promotion, making the save for Darby Allin and Sting to close out the show.
Copeland is scheduled to face Luchasauras in his AEW debut on Title Tuesday and will speak on this week’s AEW Dynamite.
Anthony Bowens was recently interviewed by Baby Huey of the In The Kliq podcast and reiterated once again that he wants to 5 second scissor with The Rated R Superstar along with now wanting a live scissor celebration.
“I’m excited, man. You can see the energy that guy brings and you see how excited the fans were, the company, and everybody out there is just as excited. Hopefully, we get opportunities to make some memories with Adam in the ring. You know, a ‘5-second scissor,’ a ‘live scissors celebration,’ there’s so many things we can do with him. Of course, I’d love to get into the ring and square up with him one day. So I’m very excited to have Adam, and I can’t wait to see what all unfolds.”

Copeland is said to be looking to take over the role CM Punk served in the company prior to his firing, minus the drama.
It was also confirmed that it was Beth Phoenix who recorded the “You Think You Know Me” in Copeland’s AEW theme.
