AJPW 51st Anniversary Tour Results (10/9/2023), New Tag Team Champions Crowned
All Japan Pro-Wrestling took it’s 51st Anniversary Tour to the Kakuda City General Gymnasium on October 9th in front of nearly 1700 fans.
The AJPW World Tag Team Championship changed hands in the main event as Jun and Rei Saito defeated Kento Miyahara and Yuma Aoyagi to win the titles in front of their hometown fans. This is the first AJPW Tag Team Championship reign for Jun and Rei Saito as they are the 97th team to hold the titles.
Here are the full results for AJPW 51st Anniversary Tour on October 9th:
- Main Event: AJPW World Tag Team Championship: Jun & Rei Saito defeated Kento Miyahara & Yuma Aoyagi (c) to become the new champions
- Jinsei Shizaki, Hideki Suzuki & Koji Iwamoto defeated Suwama, Dan Tamura & Ryo Inoue
- Yuma Anzai & Ryuki Honda defeated Hokuto Omori & Koki Iwasaki
- Hikaru Sato & Takuya Nomura defeated Atsuki Aoyagi & Rising HAYATO
- KONO defeated Black Mensore & Aizawa #1
- Takao Omori defeated Yoshi Tatsu
