The first episode of Pro Wrestling NOAH’s Monday Magic series aired live on Wrestle Universe on October 9th from Shinjuku FACE in Tokyo.
Monday Magic is set to be a 5 episode series that will air every two weeks with the last episode set for December 18th. NOAH indicated that the goal of Monday Magic is having professional wrestling fans enjoy their intense content like a serial drama.
The main event of Monday Magic episode 1 saw Kenoh go one on one and defeat the Great Mummy who was revealed to be NJPW legend Satoshi Kojima.
Irish star LJ Cleary made his Pro Wrestling NOAH debut as he teamed with Ryohei Oiwa and they faced Jake Lee and Anthony Green. Cleary turned on Oiwa and was revealed as the newest member of the GLG faction.

- Go Shiozaki, Kazuyuki Fujita & Junta Miyawaki defeated Manabu Soya, Masa Kitamiya & Kai Fujimura
