The stars of DDT Pro-Wrestling headed to the Hokkaido Sapporo E-One Stadium as the promotion presented day 1 of its God Bless DDT 2023 Tour in Sapporo.
The main event was a special six man tag team match as the current KO-D Openweight Champion Chris Brookes teamed with HARASHIMA & Kazuki Hirata as they defeated MAO, Yukio Naya & Toy Kojima. Yuki Ueno was originally scheduled for the main event but had to miss the event due to the flu. Yukio Naya replaced Ueno in the match.

- Main Event: KO-D Openweight Champion Chris Brookes, HARASHIMA & Kazuki Hirata defeated MAO, Yukio Naya & Toy Kojima (21:48) after Brookes’ Praying Mantis Bomb against Kojima.
- Sapporo Specialty Special Tag Match: Tetsuya Endo & Noriyuki Yoshida defeated Jun Akiyama & Yuya Koroku (12:21) after a Burning Star Press by Endo against Koroku.
- Special Day Match: Kazusada Higuchi & Takeshi Masada defeat Kouki Iwasaki & Rukiya (11:44) after a Doctor Bomb by Higuchi against Rukiya.
- Yukio Sakaguchi, Saki Akai & Hideki Okatani defeat Sanshiro Takagi, Makoto Oishi & Kazuma Sumi (10:06) after a cradle by Sakaguchi against Oishi.
- Daisuke Sasaki & KANON defeat Tomoya & Yusuke Okada (9:00) after a cross facelock by Sasaki against Okada.
- Special Singles Match: Akito defeats Danshoku Dino (5:52) with a Lip Lock Cutback.
