Former Pro Wrestling NOAH Talents Kinya Okada And Yasutaka Yano Arrested On Suspicion Of Forced Obscenity On Young Woman
Back on June 1st, Pro Wrestling NOAH made the rather surprising announcement that two of their top young talents at the time, Yasutaka Yano (23) and Kinya Okada (30) were released from their contracts. With very little explanation, this move by NOAH was confusing at the time. But we now know why they were rightfully released from their contracts due to the heinous crime that they allegedly committed.
Kinya Okada and Yasutaka Yano were arrested by the Miyagi Prefectural Police on October 20th on the suspicion of forced obscenity by touching the body of a woman in her 20’s in a building in Sendai City.
According to reports, the alleged incident took place on April 16th in the early morning as Pro Wrestling NOAH was in Sendai for an event. Yano and Okada were removed from that event and later released from their contracts.
The Director of Cyberfight Akihiro Takeda, who is in charge of Pro Wrestling NOAH, was asked about the arrest but he had no comment on the situation.
Yasutaka Yano and Kinya Okada had very promising futures ahead of them in the world of professional wrestling but the promising future for each of them is now gone. The only future that lies ahead of them could very well be behind bars in a jail cell.
