MJF comments on wrestlers commenting on doing a G1.
In recent weeks, both Bryan Danielson and Adam Copeland have expressed interest in a possible G1 Climax run with New Japan Pro Wrestling.
Meanwhile, Eddie Kingston made his G1 debut this year. The tournament was ultimately won by Naito this year, and he will challenge SANADA for the IWGP Heavyweight Championship at Wrestle Kingdom.
One person who doesn’t understand all the hype around doing the tournament is AEW World Heavyweight Champion MJF, who took to social media to address wrestlers wanting to do the “exhausting” tournament.
I don’t understand why wrestlers keep saying the want to do the G1. That shit is exhausting. I’m good on that.

Unfortunately for some fans, MJF will not be doing the G1 anytime soon.
MJF is scheduled to compete on Wednesday’s AEW Dynamite when he takes on Juice Robinson with his Dynamite Diamond Ring on the line.
