A familiar face returned to the road with AEW for last week’s Dynamite.
During the main event of AEW Dynamite Grand Slam, Adam Cole would sprint to ringside to back up MJF. However, disaster struck when Cole would land awkwardly on his foot.
Many fans have been worried since, and now we know more as Adam Cole revealed all on the following week’s show, explaining that his ankle had “exploded.”
Britt Baker has been absent from recent AEW television due to Adam Cole undergoing a pair of surgeries for his broken ankle.
Fightful Select now reports that Baker was backstage at last week’s edition of AEW Dynamite.

We will have to wait and see when Baker will show her face once again on AEW programming.
As for Cole, there is currently no timetable for his return to the ring.
