There Were No Negotiations Between Sareee And WWE
Sareee was not in negotiations to return to WWE.
Earlier today it was announced that Sareee had signed with Sukeban Wrestling on a multi year deal.
Sareee’s run in WWE was one that never truly got going, despite the obvious talent on display. She would have several matches on the developmental brand, including with Mandy Rose. She would later go on to exit the company and return to Japan.
Sareee has found success once again in Japan, and that has apparently not gone unnoticed stateside. Last week, it was reported that a United States based promotion was looking to bring her back to the States, which turned out to be Sukeban.
Now, Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful has noted that while WWE had brought up the possibility of re-signing the Japanese star, they had not entered negotiations with her.
Regarding Sarray and WWE, we’re told that her name was brought up, but that there were no conversations between the two sides for a return. They weren’t in negotiations, and it wasn’t much past her being brought up as a possibility and an “open door” in the future.

Sareee is currently scheduled to make her debut in Miami this December.
