TNA Planning To Relaunch “PLUS” App With Rebrand in 2024, Looking At Getting Back Into The Custom Music Space
The IMPACT + App was created in May of 2019 so that those who did not have the various channels that their main show was on could still watch every week.
In an exlucise interview, local UK media outlet Real Rasslin.net host WILL sits down with IMPACT/soon to be TNA Wrestling President, Scott D’Amore to discuss a possible return to the UK, the company’s digital footprint, and some music talk as well.
Will – “UK fans are always supporting IMPACT. Any plans to return?”
Scott – “We’ve never made an announcement, but definitely we’ll be here in 2024, and we’re looking to have a continued presence here. I think it’s great now, we’re back on Sky TV with DAZN so people can watch us on Sky there on the DAZN channel.
I think that really, the IMPACT Plus (app) started as a project over here in the UK specifically to bring the product to the fans and now the app is…as we relaunch it in 2024 it’s going to be more interactive and one of the leading apps in the industry. Between our digital presence – which has grown so big – and the fact that we’re back on SKY with DAZN channel, I think really puts us in a great spot to have a continual presence in the UK, and I think being in this market and touring in this market is so important for us as a company.“
Will – “I have some fan questions that were sent in so that our audience gets a chance to ask questions too. Is TNA going to have an in-house composer?”
Scott – “There’s talk of that, we’re looking at some things – whether it be one in house composer, we worked with a super talented guy by the name of Dale Oliver for years, who created a lot of the awesome themes we have. We are looking at some custom music and getting back into that space. I think we’ve done a great job of finding some really quality music for a lot of the stuff we do – both talent and packages, but there’s something to going out there and creating custom tracks and it’s one of the things we want to get back into with TNA Wrestling.”

In November of 2022, IMPACT Wrestling issued a press release to announce a multi-year partnership with DAZN, which would air the product in over 170 countries, including the United Kingdom.
