During tonight’s IMPACT broadcast, a few matches were set up through segments, and others have been announced as well.
IMPACT Tag Team Titles
-ABC vs Kenny King & Sheldon Jean
ABC welcomed all new challengers, so when King and Jean got into ABC’s business backstage, so Santino made the match official for next week.
ABC won the Tag Team Titles from
Trey Miguel and Zachary Wentz at the Bound For Glory PPV on October 21st.
-Moose vs Heath
After defeating Joe Hendry, Myers is approached by Moose backstage where the two have some words but are interrupted by Heath. Heath says he wants revenge on Myers for attacking him from behind not long ago. Moose steps up and says if Heath has a problem with Myers then he also has a problem wit him. Heath turns his attention to Moose and says he’ll go to management and get the match made.
Moose took the pin from PCO in the Monsters Ball Match at Bound For Glory a few weeks ago.
-Trinity vs Sonny Kiss
Kiss says she wishes that she won the Call Your Shot gauntlet at Bound For Glory so she could cash in and wrestle Trinity for the Knockouts World Title. Trinity walks up and hugs Kiss, says she’s a big fan of hers and if she wants the match she’ll go to management and get it made for next week.
Trinity successfully defended the Knockouts World Title against Mickie James at the Bound For Glory PPV a few weeks ago.
-Jordynne Grace & Bully Ray vs Steve Maclin & KiLynn King
Jordynne Grace was standing backstage with her Call Youe Shot gauntlet trophy talking about how she made history as the only Knockout to ever win the match. Bully Ray walks up and congratulates her. KiLynn King interrupts and says that it just as easily could’ve been her. She was also in the top four competitors left in that ring. Bully tells her to back off, which King doesn’t take kindly to. She says Bully trained her and the first thing she was taught was not to back down from anybody. He says that when he tells her to back down she should listen. Maclin walks up next to King and says that he thinks that way because he’s SOFT.
Bully Ray bring up how he pushed Maclin off the top rope and into a table filled with barbed wire during the Monsters Ball match at Bound For Glory. Maclin says he’s still standing because Bully is soft. Bully said Maclin’s only standing because he’s allowing him to.
-The Rascalz (Trey Miguel, Zachary Wentz, Myron Reed) vs Laredo Kid, Black Taurus, Juventud Guerrera
Myron Reed debuted on screen with his fellow Rascal brothers, who said they’re going to wrestle next week in what will be Reed’s IMPACT debut.
Reed comes into the picture and says that next week they start packing Jo everything and every one. SMOKE EM IF YOU GOT EM.
MAIN EVENT
-Will Ospreay vs Josh Alexander
We get a great video package showcasing Ospreay.
Ospreay defeated Mike Bailey at Bound For Glory, and then also won against Eddie Edwards last Friday at the Turning Point event in the UK. Now, Will turns his attention to Josh Alexander.
Josh is a two-time as well as the longest reigning World Champion in company history.
Can Josh stop Ospreay’s tremendous wiling streak, or will he fall victim to Will as well? We’ll have to tune in next week to find out.
