KONOSUKE TAKESHITA Names The Next Opponent He Would Like To Face In DDT Pro-Wrestling

On November 12 at DDT Pro-Wrestling’s Ultimate Party 2023, KONOSUKE TAKESHITA went one on one with AEW superstar Chris Jericho in a highly anticipated match up. Nearly 5,000 fans were in attendance at Ryogoku Kokugikan in Tokyo to watch Chris Jericho defeat TAKESHITA in a thrilling match.

KONOSUKE TAKESHITA, who works for both AEW and DDT Pro-Wrestling, was flying back to the USA when he was thinking about who his next opponent should be when he returns to DDT Pro-Wrestling in the near future. TAKESHITA revealed that he would like to face Naruki Doi the next time he steps into a DDT Pro-Wrestling ring.

I returned to America. During the flight, I was thinking about who I would like to fight next time I go back to DDT. Now that DDT is going up, how about Konosuke Takeshita vs. Naruki Doi?

Naruki Doi is a freelancer who competes for DDT Pro, AJPW, Dragongate, and BIg Japan Wrestling. Doi is a former DDT Universal Champion, AJPW Jr Heavyweight Champion and has held numerous titles for Dragongate.
