The New Japan Pro-Wrestling World Tag League 2023 tournament is set to get underway on November 20th at the world famous Korakuen Hall in Tokyo, Japan. The first night of the World Tag League 2023 tournament will feature four matches involving all eight teams from Block A.
The Block A Teams are as follows:

- CHAOS (Tomohiro Ishii & Toru Yano)
- United Empire (Great-O-Khan & HENARE)
- TMDK (Shane Haste & Mikey Nicholls)
- BULLET CLUB War Dogs (Alex Coughlin & Gabe Kidd)
- HOUSE OF TORTURE (EVIL & Yujiro Takahashi)
- Kaito Kiyomiya & Ryohei Oiwa
- Gates of Agony (Bishop Kaun & Toa Liona)
