Jun Akiyama, Danshoku Dieno & Makoto Oishi are the new DDT Pro-Wrestling KO-D Six Man Tag Team Champions.
On November 16th, DDT Pro-Wrestling held a four team one day tournament to determine new KO-D Six Man Tag Team Champions. The titles were vacated on November 12th by Yukio Sakaguchi, Saki Akai & Hideki Okatani following Saki Akai’s retirement from pro wrestling.
Jun Akiyama, Danshoku Dieno & Makoto Oishi defeated Chris Brookes, Masahiro Takanashi & Antonio Honda in Round 1 of the the tournament and then Yuki Ueno, MAO & Toy Kojima in the finals to become the new champions.
Following the title win, Jun Akiyama announced he would be leaving the BURNING faction at the end of the year.
