Former WWE RAW and Smackdown Women’s Champion Ronda Rousey made her debut for Tony Khan’s Ring Of Honor promotion on November 17th at a TV taping which was filmed at the KIA Forum in California.
Ronda Rousey was revealed as the mystery partner for Marina Shafir as they faced ROH Women’s Champion Athena & Billie Starkz. The match was actually a rematch from the Pro Wrestling Revolver Unreal event that took place the night before and ended in a no contest.
Tony Khan, in attempt to keep Rousey’s appearance secret despite it being all over social media, posted on X about Shafir’s mystery partner.
There was speculation that Ronda Rousey was going to be Tony Khan’s big mystery signing at Full Gear but we can safely rule Rousey out.
Despite her appearance, it is unclear if this will be a one off or if we will see more of Ronda Rousey in ROH or AEW.
