The stars of Tokyo Joshi Pro-Wrestling were at the Osaka Edion Arena #2 on November 19th as the promotion presented THE MOUNTAIN TOP 2023 event in front of a sold out crowd.
The main event featured an International Princess Championship match as the current champion Max The Impaler was able to turn back the challenge of Shoko Nakajima and retain the title.

- Next Generation Tournament – Semi Final: HIMAWARI defeats Shino Suzuki (8:09) with a Princess Drop.
- Next Generation Tournament – Semi Final: Wakana Uehara defeats Toga (8:02) with a Sleeper Hold.
- Yuki Aino, Raku & Pom Harajuku defeat Hyper Misao, Mahiro Kiryu & Haru Kazashiro (10:16) after Raku’s Dr. Yellow against Kazashiro.
- Hikari Noa & Nao Kakuta defeat Yuki Kamifuku & Runa Okubo (11:18) after a running neckbreaker drop from Noa against Okubo.
- Yuki Arai, Suzume & Arisu Endo defeat Moka Miyamoto, Juria Nagano & Kaya Toribami (8:49) after Arai finally defeated Toribami.
- Yuka Sakazaki & Mizuki vs. Rika Tatsumi & Miu Watanabe – Time Limit Draw (20:00).
- International Princess Title: Max The Impaler (c) defeats Shoko Nakajima (10:49) with a short range lariat (2nd defense).
