The DDT Pro-Wrestling D-Oh GRAND PRIX 2023 tournament kicked off with its opening night on November 26th at Korakuen Hall in Tokyo.
There were five D-Oh Grand Prix 2023 tournament matches on the event.
The main event saw a terrific battle between the current KO-D Openweight Champion Yuki Ueno and Kazusada Higuchi. Ueno was victorious in this encounter after he hit his WR finisher on Higuchi.
In addition to Yuki Ueno, AJPW’s Rei Saito, KANON, Yuki Iino & Yukio Naya all won their matches and earned their first two points of the tournament.

- Dark Match: Yuni & Yuya Koroku defeated Kazuma Sumi & Rukiya
- Tetsuya Endo, Jun Akiyama & Yusuke Okada defeated Daisuke Sasaki, Demus & MJ Paul
- Masahiro Takanashi, Antonio Honda & Takeshi Masada defeated Danshoku Dieno, Makoto Oishi & Toy Kojima
- D-Oh Grand Prix 2023 – B Block: Rei Saito (2) defeated MAO (0)
- D-Oh Grand Prix 2023 – B Block: KANON (2) defeated Kazuki Hirata (0)
- D-Oh Grand Prix 2023 – A Block: Yuki Iino (2) defeated HARASHIMA (0)
- D-Oh Grand Prix 2023 – B Block: Yukio Naya (2) defeated Chris Brookes (0)
- Main Event D-Oh Grand Prix 2023 – A Block: Yuki Ueno (2) defeated Kazusada Higuchi (0)
