Looks like another Mysterio has re-signed with WWE.
On Monday Dave Meltzer reported via the Wrestling Observer that Rey Mysterio has signed a new deal with WWE. Rey joins his son Dominik, who also has reportedly re-signed long term with WWE. Details of Rey Mysterio’s new WWE deal have not been revealed, however it was believed that Dominik’s deal was for five years.
Rey Mysterio is currently out of action after undergoing knee surgery. He was written off WWE TV when Santos Escobar attacked him last month on SmackDown. It was believed that Mysterio would be out of action for six to eight weeks, following what was his tenth knee surgery.
We will keep you updated if we hear any more information regarding Rey Mysterio’s new WWE contract, or news of any other WWE signings.
