Matt Riddle could be heading to NJPW.
Following NJPW World Television Champion, Hiroshi Tanahashi’s successful title defense over Ryusuke Taguchi at NJPW: New Year Dash, former WWE star, Matt Riddle appeared on the big screen. ‘The Original Bro’ laid out a challenge to Tanahashi for the promotion’s upcoming ‘Battle in The Valley’ event on Saturday, Jan. 13.
Riddle, 37, was released by WWE in September 2023 following a controversial incident with security at the JFK Airport in Queens, New York.
NJPW: Battle in The Valley takes place on Saturday, January 13, from the San Jose Civic Center in San Jose, California.
