Pro Wrestling NOAH’s Taishi Ozawa Set To Leave For His Excursion in England

Pro Wrestling NOAH top prospect Taishi Ozawa competed in his last match for the company for the time being as he is set to head overseas for his excursion.

On January 23rd he faced former GHC Heavyweight Champion Jake Lee in his last send-off match before heading to England to perfect his craft. Jake Lee made short work of Ozawa as he forced Ozawa to submit in just over 5 minutes.

Following his defeat to Lee, Ozawa has vowed to come back from his excursion as a stronger competitor.

Ozawa had two prior send-off matches against Kaito Kiyomiya and Ryohei Oiwa, both of which he lost.

Taishi Ozawa debuted for NOAH back on September 15 2022. He was defeated by Yoshiki Inamura in that debut match. His first match while on excursion in England has been announced for Progress Wrestling as he will face Rob Drake on January 28th.
