Vince McMahon’s Camp Issues Statement on Lawsuit Amid ‘Obscene’ Allegations of Sex Trafficking, Exploitation
Vince McMahon has responded to the latest lawsuit and allegations levied against him.
Earlier today, the Wall Street Journal revealed a lawsuit against TKO Chairman Vince McMahon, stemming from the alleged sexual assault and trafficking of former WWE employee, Janel Grant.
A spokesperson for Vince McMahon released the following statement, denying the allegations:
“This lawsuit is replete with lies, obscene made-up instances that never occurred, and a vindictive distortion of the truth. He will vigorously defend himself.”

Just moments prior to McMahon’s camp’s statement, WWE’s parent company, TKO issued the following statement on the allegations against McMahon:
“Mr. McMahon does not control TKO nor does he oversee the day-to-day operations of WWE. While this matter predates our TKO executive team’s tenure at the company, we take Ms. Grant’s horrific allegations very seriously and are addressing this matter internally.”

In addition to McMahon, former WWE Champion, Brock Lesnar, and former Head of Talent Relations, John Laurinaitis were also implicated in the lawsuit.
