In addition to McMahon, Brock Lesnar (indirectly), and former Head of Talent Relations, John Laurinaitis were also implicated in the lawsuit.

The former seven-time World Champion has been seemingly removed from the upcoming ‘WWE 2K24’ gameplay trailer. As noted by WrestlePurists, Lesnar has been replaced during the trailer for the ’40 Years of WrestleMania’ mode by John Cena.
Lesnar was recently removed from the ‘WWE SuperCard’ mobile game.
Following being implicated in the lawsuit, Lesnar was pulled from his reported scheduled return at this month’s ‘Royal Rumble’ premium live event, as well as any immediate future plans for the upcoming ‘Elimination Chamber’ and ‘WrestleMania 40’ events.
