Shawn Spears is back in WWE.
During the Feb. 27 episode of WWE NXT, Shawn Spears made his surprising return to WWE. The former (and perhaps once again) Tye Dillinger returned by attacking Ridge Holland with a steel chair, possibly signifying that he’ll be undertaking his ‘Chair Man’ gimmick from his time in AEW.
Spears was released by WWE in February 2019 before signing with All Elite Wrestling later that year. In December 2023, Spears announced that he’d be departing AEW.
