John Cena: The Age Of 50 Is My Line In The Sand, I’m Just Gonna Tweet Out ‘Peace Out, See Ya!’
John Cena does not see himself wrestling in his 50s.
The ‘greatest of all time’, John Cena is currently 46 years old and since embarking on his road to Hollywood, he has made appearances here and there for the WWE to make sure no fans can’t see him again.
In a conversation with Kelly Clarkson, Cena made a statement where he said that when he turns 50, that is when he will officially hang up the boots once and for all.
“You know what, 50 is my absolute line in the sand. I would like to try and do it before that, but at 50, I’m just gonna tweet out, ‘Peace out, see ya.’ That’s it, I’m good. I was very much driven where WWE was my passion 24/7 — and I’m very grateful — but I’ve grown and there’s a lot of other avenues I’m curious about in life, being a great husband and partner is one of those. I just want to try do what I can in those [years].”
Cena last stepped in the ring last November at Crown Jewel where he lost to Solo Sikoa of The Bloodline.
