Mick Foley: I’ll Have An Answer At The Beginning Of 2025 Regarding My Last Match In The Ring
Mick Foley is still serious about doing one more match.
This past February, Mick Foley talked about having a goal he wanted to accomplish which was one last match, but not just any match. The hardcore legend wanted one final death match, whether it was against Matt Cardona or Jon Moxley.
In a conversation with Highspots Sign It Live, Foley was asked how serious he truly is about this last match.
“Yeah, but I’d have to lose an extraordinary amount of weight, and it’s not falling off like I hoped it would. I’m going to have to re-examine where I am at a certain point. It’s not about the money. I want to have a fun match, but I am having trouble. I’ve been working out. I feel better, moving better, but it’s not showing up, as of yet, on the scale. I’m not sure. I’ll have an answer by the beginning of the year,” he said.
The last time Foley stepped in the ring for a scheduled match was at the 2012 Royal Rumble. Foley has said his dream opponents are Cardona and Moxley.
