AJPW Triple Crown Champion Katushiko Nakajima States He Will Beat Yuma Anzai In 8 Minutes

On March 30th, the current All Japan Pro-Wrestling Triple Crown Champion Katsuhiko Nakajima will be defending his title for the fifth time against Yuma Anzai. Despite being one of the top young wrestlers in Japan, Nakajima doesn’t seem to be taking the challenge of Anzai very seriously.

During a press conference, which was held on March 22 to promote the event, Nakajima treated Anzai as a lower ranked wrestler and doesn’t see him as much of a threat to take his championship. Nakajima even stated that he intends to win the match against Anzai in eight minutes.

“This Nakajima, with his fighting spirit style, will finish you (Anzai) in eight minutes.

Nakajima suggested that he should defend the Triple Crown twice on March 30th at the Ota City General Gymnasium and named Suwama as a potential second opponent. Suwama, who will be defending his AJPW World Tag Team Titles with Hideki Suzuki on March 30th declined.

While Nakajima has been a dominant champion, for him to underestimate Yuma Anzai could prove to be a costly mistake on March 30th.
