MJF Tells The Rock ‘Leave Me Be,’ After ‘Stealing’ Idea to Whip Cody Rhodes

MJF has responded to The Rock.

In case you missed it — during the March 25 episode of WWE RAW, The Rock violently beatdown Cody Rhodes to close the show. Rock brutalized Cody in the parking lot, viciously launching ‘The American Nightmare’ into his own coach bus several times, which caused him to be busted open pretty badly. Rock then removed his weight belt and whipped Cody with it, before whipping Cody’s own blood on the belt, which Rock says he’ll gift to Cody’s mother at WrestleMania 40.

The segment drew the attention of artist and former fiancé of All Elite Wrestling star, MJF, Naomi Rosenblum, who painted a wonderfully done picture of a bloodied-up Cody Rhodes alongside The Rock, who ended up responding to Rosenblum on Twitter/X.

It wasn’t the first time Cody was whipped with a belt on national television as former AEW World Champion, MJF infamously lashed him with a belt 10 times to grant him a match at the 2020 AEW Revolution pay-per-view.

MJF responded to The Rock by saying while he’s a fan of the future WWE Hall of Famer, he’d like to be left alone.

MJF has been off of AEW programming since losing the AEW World Championship to Samoa Joe during the company’s Worlds End pay-per-view in December 2023.
